My career has been a journey through the heart of the retail and wholesale industries, from my early days at RH Macy to leading global design initiatives as a VP at May Department Stores. I've had the privilege of shaping creative direction as an Officer and VP at Walmart and driving a nationally recognized product turnaround as the first-ever Chief Merchandising Officer for Kellwood. My passion for inclusive fashion was truly fulfilled at Lane Bryant, where I was a key player in defining the brand for the plus-size consumer. Through every one of these experiences, my focus has been guided by three core pillars: PRODUCT, PEOPLE, and the CUSTOMER. It's this philosophy—and the belief that the right team is the ultimate driver of success—that I bring to every search. I'm passionate about fostering the next generation of leaders through mentoring interns.
