As a Digital Marketing Intern at Brick Executive Search, I've had the incredible opportunity to apply my academic background in Marketing and Web & Digital Design from the University of Maryland Global Campus to a real-world business environment. My passion for digital storytelling and community building, which I developed while leading charity campaigns and growing online engagement in previous roles, has been central to my work here. During my internship, I have dived deep into the practical side of the business, assisting with website management to improve SEO performance and the user experience (UX/UI), collaborating on digital content creation that aligns with our unique brand voice, and supporting our social media strategy through data analysis and creative ideation. This experience has been invaluable, allowing me to sharpen my skills in business and social analysis and see firsthand how a strategic digital presence drives success in the executive search industry.
