As the Executive Recruiter and Executive Assistant to our Chief Client Officer, Hope Brick, I have the unique opportunity to sit at the very center of Brick Executive Search's operations. My role is a dynamic blend of two passions: identifying exceptional talent and ensuring our firm runs with flawless efficiency. On the recruiting side, I manage the critical early stages of our search process, a responsibility I take great pride in. A highlight for me is leading our university internship search, where I have the chance to review over 800 applications to pinpoint the top 1% of candidates who would become the next generation of industry leaders.
In my capacity as an executive assistant, I act as the strategic partner to our leadership, managing communications and providing the essential support that allows our team to focus on what they do best: building world-class teams for our clients. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that every interaction with our firm—whether you are a client or a candidate—reflects the white-glove, boutique experience that defines Brick Executive Search. I am dedicated to being a trusted and reliable resource for our partners and contributing to every successful placement we make.
