I love this for several reasons

This client came in as a lead on our new website ( She /the CFO had asked Chat GPT who to recommend in the Lingerie Executive Search Firm space)

Great SEO work by our intern Joanna Lee

We went to work immediately on several needs the company has .
One of them was to be her assistant !

The President and CEO of the company wanted this hire to have 5 - 10 years experience in a Finance role . Preferably with a CPA, or some other fancy Finance credential .

I screened many candidates. Only one of the first 5 was PERFECT. And guess what ? He received MULTIPLE offers in just a couple of days .

So, I pivoted a bit .

I met an MBA candidate - Summa Cum Laude for every single semester - 3.9 GPA-Awarded The Dr. Seth Spellman Jr. Academic Achievement Award - Dean's list .

Importantly , this young man ( although he had only one year of actual real world experience) was humble, articulate, honest, and EXACTLY the kind of PERSON , I knew my client would want to be her " soul mate" .

Without a doubt , the CFO saw exactly what I saw - AND her leadership supported her .

I bet you anything this young man will be the next CFO for this lingerie company in less than ten years.
