This was one of those " when you know - you know" kind of placements. And, it required an incredible partnership between myself and the candidate.

What does that mean ?

It means the candidate was quick to do a VISUAL PROJECT - call it SWOT analysis that was based off a " data dump " I gave her from a previous candidate's project .

She turned her resume into a pictorial of her career to date. IMPRESSIVE;
