BRICK Executive Search is a boutique search firm focused on helping companies within the fashion industry find executives who can perform at the highest level of the organization. We work as an outside service with key executives to cast entire teams. We specialize in searching for elite executives who are ideal for placement in the fast-paced world of fashion and fashion merchandising.

We will only review applicants who are currently enrolled in college or university.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct business development research

· Analyze prospective clients and industry trends across fashion, retail, and consumer sectors

· Learn to develop and executing outreach campaigns to attract new business opportunities

· Track business development metrics and performance

· Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media and email outreach

Requirements

· Currently pursuing a degree - Business, Marketing, Communications, or Advertising / PR degrees a plus!

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection

· Highly responsive during work hours

· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Professional demeanor and interest in client relationship management

· Curiosity about executive recruiting, fashion, or consumer industries

· Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media and email outreach
